Flights become available at the end of December 2025. Airfare is not included in the package price, but we can assist you.

NOTE — Please remember to book your flight for November 1, 2026 to arrive in Accra, Ghana on November 2, 2026.

Fees for airport transfers will be clarified once flight details are finalized.

Our group will be staying at the following hotels throughout our time in Ghana and Senegal: 

• DAYS 1, 2, 6, & 7: Lancaster Accra Hotel - Accra, Ghana

• DAYS 3 & 4: Ridge Royal Hotel - Cape Coast, Ghana

• DAY 5: Lancaster Kumasi Hotel - Kumasi, Ghana

• DAYS 8-11: Novotel Dakar - Dakar, Senegal

Room category upgrades may be available.

Included transportation: Private motorcoaches for included excursions. Our team will help verify local transportation options for your optional leisure time activities, if needed.

The group package pricing is based on double occupancy. A single supplement applies. The following rates are per person (pp):

GHANA

• Double: *$3,100-$3,250 pp

• Single Supplement: $1,295 pp

SENEGAL EXTENSION

• Double: *$1,775-$1,850 pp

• Single Supplement: $795 pp

Price and Payment Notes:

• Travel Protection is highly recommended (a signed waiver is required if declined)

• Gratuities (local guides, drivers, service teams) are not included in the package price (a guide will be offered)
